Fresh Air Outdoor Circuit Training

Fresh Air Outdoor Circuit Training is a fitness program geared to exercise the whole body using body weight, hand weights, bands, and various equipment in a circuit. The program is for beginners and advanced alike who are looking to build strength and tone muscles. Each exercise is demonstrated and modifications are easily made as needed. Being outside in the fresh air and being in an enthusiastic group atmosphere is motivational for anyone to reach their goals of health and fitness.

Workouts are in Tyler State Park at the Covered Bridge. (The bridge is used if it rains). Generally, the program finishes at 10:30am depending on the circuit, but I allow time for questions and chat afterward.

Preregistration is required by May 27th.

Moms/Dads: Feel free to bring your children ages 5+ to play in the creek or explore the area nearby with my two sons (ages 13 and 8). Be aware that this is NOT a
babysitting service, but an opportunity for your children to come along if you feel confident your children can be on their own for 30-45 minutes. The children are always within eyesight/earshot.
