Class II delves deeper into your specific Ayurvedic Body Type. Class will be a roundtable workshop style where we will discuss the 3 Bodily Energies (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) called “Doshas,” in detail and how the doshas form our unique individual mental and bodily constitutions. We will each take a personal questionnaire and determine our current and historical ratio of Doshic Energies and what this means to each of us daily with Ayurveda.

We will also explore the benefits of Herbs & Spices and their health promoting properties as well as their use in cooking and their relationship to the doshas.
