In Bucks County, the initiative has brought together local leaders, organizations, and residents to identify ways to improve health outcomes, increase social connection, and make healthy choices more accessible in our area. The goal is to improve not just the length of lives here in Bucks County, but to make sure our lives are long and filled with purpose, health and community.
“This is an opportunity to build on the momentum we’ve seen so far and continue working toward a healthier Bucks County,” said Santarsiero. “By bringing community members together, we can develop meaningful, locally driven solutions that improve quality of life for everyone. I’m excited to share the results of the assessment and ways that all of us can participate in what comes next.”
Attendees will hear an overview of the assessment results, learn more about the goals of the initiative, and have the opportunity to engage in the process moving forward.
