President's Day Fire Rips Through Shed In Upper Makefield

Crews from the Upper Makefield Fire Company and Newtown Fire Rescue responded to the scene Monday afternoon.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — Bucks County firefighters were called out on President’s Day afternoon for a building fire in Upper Makefield.

Crews from Upper Makefield and Newtown Fire Rescue arrived at the scene of a shed fire on Aqueduct Road and went into service with handlines.

Crews quickly extinguished the fire and returned to service within 45 minutes of the call.

There were no injuries, and the fire was contained to the shed.
