Fitzpatrick Wins Congressional Seat
After a heated campaign, the former FBI agent from Levittown won the 8th District seat.

Republican Brian Fitzpatrick won the seat vacated by his brother Mike Fitzpatrick after a heated campaign against Democrat Steve Santarsiero.
Fitzpatrick will take over his brother's seat as with the 8th Congressional District, which serves Bucks and part of Montgomery counties.
Fitzpatrick is a FBI Special Agent and special prosecutor who touted his experience with fighting political corruption and supporting global counterterrorism efforts while with the FBI during his campaign.

"I am both honored and humbled to have earned the support of the people of Bucks and Montgomery counties who have given me the opportunity to serve as their voice in Congress," Fitzpatrick said. "Today, voters across this district - Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike - sent a clear message that it’s time Washington focus on service and solutions, not politics as usual. From the very start of this race our message has been simple: security and opportunity for all. As your next Congressman, that will be my focus every day in office."
