Forum To Brief Community On Richboro Elementary Renovation Project

RICHBORO, PA — The Council Rock School District will brief the public on plans to renovate the Richboro Elementary School during a meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the school on Upper Holland Road.

Superintendent Dr. Andy Sanko, district administrators and project design representatives will outline plans to renovate the building, the timeline for the project and related issues.

The project will include the addition of new administrative offices in front of the school, a 10 classroom addition at the rear of the school, and upgrades to the parking lots to improve traffic flow.

The plan also includes the addition of a left hand turn lane into the school from Upper Holland Road, which will be paid for by the school district.

A revised preliminary final plan for the project received the approval of the Northampton Township Board of Supervisors in November.
