Free Fried Chicken Lunch Wednesday At The Pineville Tavern
The local restaurant is expanding its takeout offerings and will celebrate with free fried chicken Wednesday between noon and 2 p.m.

The Pineville Tavern is expanding its takeout offerings to include barbecue and fried chicken from Big Q BBQ in Levittown. To celebrate, the local restaurant will be offering free fried chicken Wednesday, July 6 between noon and 2 p.m.
Both operations are owned and operated by Drew and Andrew Abruzzese. The Pineville Tavern's take out store will offer everything that is on the menu at the Levittown BBQ restaurant.
“We decided to open this takeout store after hearing so many grumblings from our friends in Newtown, Yardley and Solebury Township who told us they loved our fried chicken and barbecue, but didn’t want to drive all the way to Levittown to get their fix,” said Andrew.

To commemorate the launch on July 6, which is also National Fried Chicken Day, the Abruzzeses will be giving away Fried Chicken Lunchboxes at both the Levittown and Pineville locations. Anyone who stops by between noon to 2 p.m. will receive a 3-piece lunchbox filled with fried chicken (a drumstick, wing and thigh).
Big Q’s takeout counter at The Pineville Tavern will be open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
