Free 'Movie Mondays' Series Planned At Bucks County Community College
A lineup of "thought-provoking films of vital interest to the community" will be presented, the college said.

Bucks County Community College is hosting a free public movie series that will start Sept. 26 with "Foreigners In Their Own Land."
Movie Mondays are presented by the college’s Cultural Affairs Committee.
A lineup of "thought-provoking films of vital interest to the community" will be presented, the college said. Movies start at 6:30 p.m. in the Kevin and Sima Zlock Performing Arts Center, located inside the Gateway Center on the Newtown campus at 275 Swamp Rd.

The public is also invited to a reception with free pizza at 6 p.m. before each film in the Gateway Center Atrium, located just outside the auditorium.
After "Foreigners In Their Own Land," the series continues Monday, Oct.24, with "The Anonymous People," a documentary about the 23.5 million Americans living in long-term addiction recovery.

The final film in the series will be "The Line: Poverty in America," to be screened on Nov. 28. That film documents the stories of people across the country living at or below the poverty line and will be followed by a discussion led by the Bucks County Housing Group.
All Movie Monday films are free and open to the public.
