Free Movies For Kids This Summer In Newtown

NEWTOWN, PA — Great news for families with kids: the Newtown Theatre will screen six free kids’ movies in a series that begins July 5. The movies will be shown Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m.

No reservations or tickets are required. Seating is first come, first served and doors open a half hour before show time. The lineup includes:

• “How To Train Your Dragon” on July 5
• “Madagascar” on July 12
• No movie July 19
• “Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs” on July 26
• “Shrek” on Aug. 2
• “The LEGO Movie” on Aug. 9
• “Kung Fu Panda” on Aug. 16
