Good news for those with dietary restrictions: a gluten free bakery is now open off the Newtown Bypass.
The Happy Mixer Gluten Free Bakery celebrated its grand opening Saturday, Oct. 21. It is located in the Summit Square Shopping Center.
The bakery serves 100 percent gluten free items, including pies, breads, cakes, doughnuts, muffins, cookies and more. (See the full menu here.) The bakery also offers many dairy free and vegan items.

Items are baked fresh daily.
This is the bakery's third location. The original shop is in Chalfont. There is also a location in New Hope's Ferry Market.
