Goodnoe Farm Dairy Bar Closing Doylestown Location
The Newtown institution has decided to close its location in Doylestown.

Goodnoe Farm Dairy Barn will be closing its Doylestown location, the business announced via Facebook on Monday.

"We would like to thank you all for your support and hospitality here in Doylestown. Unfortunately our lease is up and we have decided not to renew it. There are a couple businesses interested in our building, and a few of them may carry our ice cream! In the mean time Poco's has Goodnoe's ice cream here in Doylestown, or you can stop by our Newtown store. Thank you!," according to a Facebook post.

The original Newtown restaurant on Sycamore Street and Durham Road opened in 1955 and was operated for 33 years by Raymond W. “Skip” Goodnoe. “Since 1918, four generations of Goodnoes have manufactured dairy products in a plant on the family farm in Newtown,” Goodnoe Farm says on its website.
