'Halloween Boo-nanza' Planned At Wrightstown Farmers Market

The Wrightstown Farmers Market will offer pumpkin carving demonstrations, special treats, crafts for kids and live music this Saturday.

The Wrightstown Farmers Market is planning a “Halloween Boo-nanza” this Saturday.

In addition to fresh, local food, the market will be offering Halloween treats for kids and dogs, pumpkin carving demonstrations, crafts and live music.

  • Chef demonstration by Max Hosey of the Mainlain Inn in Harleysville.
  • Pumpkin carving demonstration with Newtown resident Matthew Derby will be held from 10am -noon.
  • For the Kids: Pumpkin Veggie Head Making($1)
  • Ghost Craft with the Wrightstown Friends Nursery School
  • In the Music Tent: Acoustic Tide
  • Produce vendors will have: apples, pears, beets, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, leeks, potatoes, onions, winter squash, and various greens as well as so many locally produced foods and crafts.

The market will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wrightstown Township Municipal Building parking lot, 2203 Second Street Pike.
