'Heavy' Rain Possible In PA Monday Night, July 4: NWS
This isn't good news for the dozens of fireworks celebrations planned in the area on Monday, July 4.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook, saying "heavy" rain is possible Monday night — just in time for Fourth of July fireworks shows planned across the region.
The Weather Channel predicts near certain rain Monday night, but exactly what time it will arrive is what remains the question.
The NWS's Hazardous Weather Outlook says there is the "potential" for "heavy rain" across Pennsylvania and New Jersey late Monday into Monday night. "The heavy rain may cause localized flooding in areas of poor drainage," the NWS says.
