Help Keep Tyler Park Clean To Celebrate Earth Day
Join State Sen. Steve Santarsiero for a special cleanup day at Tyler State Park in honor of Earth Day.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Tyler State Park is a gem of a park, and you can help it stay that way by joining a cleanup event in the park on Monday, April 22.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, April 22, a cleanup event with State Sen. Steve Santarsiero will be held in the park.
Volunteers should dress for the weather and bring work or garden gloves.

Boots and handheld clippers are also encouraged.
Parking will be available in the Maze parking lot.

At 1 p.m., Santarsiero and a park ranger will discuss the importance of preserving park lands and protecting our environment from invasive plants, litter and other pollution.
Tyler State Park is located at 101 Swamp Road in Newtown.
