At The Historic Newtown Theatre, 'Grease' Is The Word In July
"A Tribute to Grease" is a live musical stage show featuring a cast of singers and dancers, multi-media video and all the popular songs.

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The historic Newtown Theatre will present “A Tribute to Grease & the Music of the 50s and 60s” on Saturday, July 22 at 3 and 8 p.m.
"A Tribute to Grease" is a fun-for-all-ages live musical stage show featuring a superb cast of singers and dancers, amazing multi-media video, and many of the greatest songs from the hit movie “Grease,” including Greased Lightning, Hopelessly Devoted to You, Grease is the Word, Hand Jive, Summer Nights, and Beauty Shop Drop Out among others.
The public is invited to relive the days of soda pop and drive-ins, poodle skirts, greased-back hair, winged Cadillacs, hazy summer days, and of course…the music. This show will take you back in time to those memorable days from a legendary era.

Tickets are available at TheNewtownTheatre.com for $40 per person or $35 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $50 at the door on the day of the show (if available). All seating is general admission.
Beer, wine, and canned cocktails will be available for purchase at the theatre before and during the show. The theatre is located at 120 N. State Street in Newtown Borough.
