Holiday Film Series Kicks Off Monday at the Newtown Theatre
Classics like 'It's a Wonderful Life,' Miracle on 34th Street' and 'The Polar Express' will be shown this month at the Newtown Theatre.

The Newtown Theatre’s Holiday Film Series, which will feature classics like ”It’s a Wonderful Life,” “Miracle on 34th Street” and ”The Polar Express,” kicks off next week.
The series will begin with a screening of “Scrooged” at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8.
Eight films will be screened this year as part of the holiday series. Tickets are $5 to each movie plus a canned food item to help those in need.

- Monday, December 8: “Scrooged” at 7 pm
- Sunday, December 14: “Muppets Christmas Carol” at 1pm
- Monday, December 15: “White Christmas” at 7 pm
- Sunday, December 21: “It’s A Wonderful Life” at 1 pm
- Monday, December 22: “A Christmas Story” at 7 pm
- Sunday, December 28 “Polar Express” at 1 pm
- Monday, December 29: “Miracle on 34th Street” at 7 pm
- Wednesday, Dec 31: “Love Actually” at 9 pm
