I-95 In Bucks County Reopens, SEPTA Service Resumes
Breaking: Route 95 South at the Newtown Bypass exit was closed to Route 1 in Langhorne due to police activity, PennDOT says.

The southbound lanes of Route 95 have been reopened after being closed at the Newtown Bypass (Exit 49) to Route 1 in Langhorne (exit 46).
6ABC reported there was a man threatening to jump onto the railroad tracks below the highway.
Middletown Township Police, which assisted Pennsylvania State Police, said "everything is running now and back to normal." SEPTA and PennDOT both announced via Twitter that regular operations have resumed.

Just minutes after PennDOT announced the road closure, SEPTA announced service on the West Trenton Line near Woodbourne was suspended for police activity.
There is no word on the man's condition.
