An inaugural lacrosse festival in honor of a Council Rock South student who died last year in a car accident will be held Saturday.

The Cullen Keffer Lacrosse Festival will start at 12:30 p.m. at Council Rock North’s Walt Snyder Stadium. It will feature games, music, an auction and more.

The event will raise money for the scholarship fund created in honor of Cullen, a member of the Council Rock South lacrosse team who died on Aug. 30 in a car accident in Paupack Township. He was one of three Council Rock South students who died in the single-car wreck.
