Isaac Newton's To Host 'BEERbon Fest'

The celebration of bourbon and beer will feature bourbon-barrel ales, bourbon-inspired foods and, of course, bourbon.

NEWTOWN, PA — If you like bourbon and you like beer, well then clear your calendar for Nov. 18.

That's the date of Isaac Newton's BEERbon Fest. The celebration of bourbon and beer starts at 11:30 a.m. and goes until 7:30 p.m.

The local pub will be tapping bourbon-barrel ales, including: 2016 Great Lakes Barrel Aged Barleywine;
Bullfrog Cherry Barrel Aged Funny Farmhouse Cider; Double Nickel Marbled Rye IPA; Fegley's Bourbon Barrel Aged Devious Imperial Pumpkin; The Lost Abbey Angel’s Share; Lagunitas High West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout and many more.

In addition to the ales, patrons can try selections from the extensive bourbon menu and sip specialty bourbon cocktails.

To satisfy your appetite, there will be bourbon-inspired, including Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese sauce and bourbon mustard, plus burgers, cheese plates and more.
