Dennis Kilfeather, a Bucks County resident, is co-founder of KnowingMe™. He has been a dedicated volunteer to many non-profit boards, a “Big” in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Bucks County program, a Volunteer Firefighter, and partner to a local accounting firm. He believes in the power of KnowingMe™ as he experienced the value of it himself years ago.
“I wish seventeen-year-old Dennis could have taken this,” he says. “I would’ve had a clearer idea of who I am, and I would have been empowered to reach my goals more efficiently.”
One of Dennis’ favorite parts of the assessment is how it outlines an individual’s motivations and abilities: “It gets right to the point of what drives you and how to use that knowledge to succeed in life. When, you can accomplish your goals, you’re happier.” He explained how happiness is different too: “The thing is, success and happiness look different when you truly know yourself and when you can see yourself holistically. You see what is actually important.”
