Male Nurse Took Video Of Nude Teen At Floral Vale Dermatologist, Report Says

An employee of a dermatology office in the Floral Vale professional complex has been charged after allegedly filming a nude teen patient.

An employee of a dermatology office in the Floral Vale professional complex near Newtown has reportedly been charged after allegedly filming a teen patient who was nude.

James Close, 45, of Roslyn has was charged Feb. 13 with photographing, filming and depicting on a computer a sex act with a child, criminal use of a communication facility, endangering the welfare of children and invasion of privacy, court documents show.

The Bucks County Courier Times reports Close was a nurse at Penn Medicine Dermatology, located at 1000 Floral Vale Blvd.

According to an affidavit obtained by the Courier Times, Close filmed a 17-year-old patient with an iPhonewhile she was undressed. The teen noticed the phone on the ground as it was recording, the report said. She turned the phone into an employee at the practice, who notified police.

Close reportedly admitted he took the video of the teen, according to the report.

He was arraigned on Feb. 13 and remains in Bucks County jail after failing to make bail, which was set at 10 percent of $100,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 21.

Lower Makefield Chief Ken Coluzzi told the Courier Times it is unclear at this time if there are any additional victims.
