Man Files Lawsuit Against Council Rock After Fall

A man is seeking $150,000 in damages from the Council Rock School District after a fall more than two years ago at Holland Middle School.

A New Jersey man is seeking $150,000 in damages from the Council Rock School District after a fall more than two years ago at Holland Middle School.

According to PennRecord.com, Antonio Gonzalez filed a lawsuit against the Council Rock School District on Feb. 16.

He alleges the district’s negligence caused him to fall and injure himself on a loading dock that had “dangerous accumulations of snow and ice.”

The report says Gonzalez was a “business invitee” at the school in February 2014 when he slipped and fell, sustaining serious injuries.
