Maryland Senator Campaigning For Clinton Today In Bucks County

U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin will make stops in Newtown and Bristol Wednesday.

Continuing the fight for the suburban Philadelphia vote, a long-time Democrat is making two campaign stops in Bucks County to garner support for Hillary Clinton as well as Democrats on the down ticket races.

U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will be campaigning with Vice Presidential candidate Tim Kaine today, Wednesday Oct. 26 at Bucks County Community College's Linksz Pavilion at 2 p.m. Doors for the event open at noon. Register for the event here.

Cardin will then head to the Lower Bucks Coordinated Campaign Office at 247 Mill St., Bristol at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26 for a Bucks County Organizing event.

According to a release from the Clinton Campaign, Cardin will "warn about the dangers of a Trump presidency for our national security and lay out the stakes of the election."

Cardin will also discuss the importance of electing Democrats up and down the ticket and urge Pennsylvania, the release said.
