Masturbating Bensalem Burglar Well-Known Parx Jockey
Angel Suarez Medero, 21, was last listed in critical condition after being shot by a resident after a bizarre incident Sunday night.

A man who was caught masturbating before allegedly breaking into a second-story apartment in Bensalem Sunday is reportedly a well-known local jockey, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Angel Suarez Medero, 21, of Bensalem was last listed in critical condition after being shot by a resident at Franklin Commons Apartments after the bizarre incident.
Medero raced at Parx and had 770 rides with 88 wins last year, according to the Inquirer. He was scheduled to ride several races this week at Parx.

According to Bensalem Township Police, the incident began when a resident reported a man in his 20s was masturbating on the second-floor balcony of her apartment on Bobolink Drive.
The man, later identified as Medero, forced his way into the apartment through the sliding glass door, according to Bensalem Township Police. Medero then jumped out of a second floor window and broke into a first floor apartment, assaulting two of the residents there, police said.

One of the residents then shot Medero two times. Police said he was transported to Aria Torresdale Hospital for treatment and as of Monday was in critical condition.
Medero will be charged with burglary, assault and other offenses once his condition improves, police said.
