The parade will begin its march at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8 from the Stocking Works on South State Street. It will then head north on State Street to Washington Avenue, make a left on Washington to Sycamore and then make a right on Sycamore to Durham Road where it will end. Parade announcers will be located at Goodnoe Corner next to the Green Parrot for anyone who wants to hear a running commentary of the parade.

Santa's Village

A new addition to this year's parade is "Santa's Village," which will open at 1 p.m. on Sycamore Street. Come early for an unforgettable day filled with festive fun. Enjoy face painting, balloons, treats for furry friends, hot cocoa, warm drinks, candy, and more before the parade.

Be Part Of History

And don’t miss your chance to be part of history. Everyone's invited to help "break the World Record" for the largest group doing the Macarena. Participants are asked to gather after the parade in front of the Green Parrot. "We need you to make this happen," said parade organizers.
