Motorists Suffer Minor Injuries In Newtown Bypass Crash

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Motorists suffered only minor injuries in a fiery two car crash Saturday on the Newtown Bypass at South State Street.

Newtown Township Police, Newtown Medic 145 and Newtown Engine 45 responded to the scene.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire using hand lines while fire police directed traffic around the crash site. Crash victims were treated on the scene by the Newtown Ambulance Squad.
