New Brick Hotel Restaurant Presents Valet Parking Concept
Rocco's Steakhouse at the Brick Hotel is opening in January, and its owners want to make parking easy for customers.

NEWTOWN, PA — Rocco’s Steakhouse at the Brick Hotel, which will be opening this winter, wants to make sure parking is a breeze for its customers.
To make it happen, they're proposing valet parking.
The proposal, which was presented this week to the Newtown Borough Council, entails utilizing nearby parking lots at Stuckert and Yates, InSight Advisers and the Newtown United Methodist Church, according to a report by the Newtown Advance.

During an interview in November, owner Alex Mastoris told Patch the valet parking plan was in the works for the convenience of customers.
It will be operated by Open Door Valet, which runs similar operations at the Yardley Inn, Washington Crossing Inn and other area restaurants, the Advance reported.

The steakhouse can seat about 220 people inside and 50 outside, Mastoris has said.
The on-site lot has space for 50 cars, and the three off-site lots have 70 parking spaces total, the Advance reports.
Council has asked the restaurant to submit a more detailed plan, which will then be reviewed by the police chief.
The restaurant will be open 364 days of the year — every day except Christmas. The complimentary valet parking will also be available every Wednesday through Sunday. Weekday and Saturday hours will be from 11AM to 10:30PM and Sunday brunch will be served from 11AM-2PM with Dinner beginning at 4:30PM and ending at 10:30PM
