New Commercial Real Estate Company Opens In Newtown

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A new commercial real estate company has opened its doors at 16 South State Street in Newtown Borough.

Mark Gatta and Volkan Andic, founders and owners of Opus Elite Real Estate, have announced the launch of OERE Commercial Real Estate and the appointment of Joe Sternberg as OERE's director of commercial real estate.

Sternberg is a former senior associate with NAI Mertz where he completed more than $30 million in deals. With NAI Mertz, he was involved in a wide range of commercial transactions including warehouse/flex, retail, office, and land development.

As director of commercial real estate for OERE, Sternberg will utilize his unique skill set to develop a commercial real estate firm that will take a different approach than traditional commercial real estate firms.

“We will be extremely focused on the best interests of our clients. When representing
owners, we will carefully put together successful plan to maximize the value of their properties
whether selling or leasing," said Steinberg. "On the tenant or buyer side, our agents will be trained to secure the best possible facilities at the lowest cost for our clients. Our agents will provide additional value.”

Sternberg has owned and operated various successful manufacturing businesses during his career and he intends to use the leadership skills he developed while building these companies to rapidly build a dynamic commercial real estate firm in this region. For another part of his career, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for a public company.

Before 2015, Joe was marketing and leasing director for Vineland Construction Company where he was directly responsible for the marketing, leasing and/or sales of available real estate properties which consisted of over 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse properties.

Regarding the retention of Sternberg, Mark Gatta, one of the owners of OERE Commercial Real
Estate, stated, “Joe brings to the table amazing energy and work ethic. We are very excited to

Mr. Sternberg is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Delaware Law School of Widener
University.
