New Eatery Brings Fresh Hawaiian-Style Poké To Langhorne
The eatery caters to avid sushi fans and healthy foodies ready to dive into the delicious world of fresh Hawaiian-style poké.
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Poke Bros. is bringing the delicious world of fresh Hawaiian-style poké to the Summit Square Shopping Center in Langhorne (Middletown Township). It is the chain's 73rd eatery in the nation and its third in Bucks County.
Poké is a traditional Hawaiian cuisine, the word referring to the cubed uncooked fish central to the dish. The three young co-founders of Poke Bros. started bringing the island dish from the California coast to the Midwest in 2016. Offering fresh, mouth-watering cubed fish alongside fresh-cut vegetables and traditional flavorings on a bed of steamed rice, the poké bowl is both healthy and tasty.
The Poke Bros. fast casual restaurant concept centers around the familiar assembly line model popularized by franchises like Chipotle and allows guests to “build your own” poké bowl with a variety of diverse ingredients. They also offer a handful of Signature Bowls for the newbie as well as lighter snacks like poké nachos, seaweed salad, and refreshing Mochi ice cream.
