Newtown Arts Company Holding Auditions For March Production
Newtown Arts Company is seeking children and young adults for its upcoming production of "Through the Looking Glass."

Newtown Arts Company will hold auditions for its upcoming production of "Through the Looking Glass" on Feb. 21 and 22. Auditions will be held at 4 p.m. both days at Newtown United Methodist Church, 35 Liberty Street.
Auditions are for children and young adults ages 6–16.

"This new adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic coming of age tale follows Alice’s madcap journey of self-discovery in a strange world of contradictory rules, extraordinary encounters, and over 30 eccentric and whimsical creatures, all played out on a giant chess board.
There will be two performances of "Through the Looking Glass" on March 11 at Newtown Theatre. There will be a two-week rehearsal period, weekdays from 4-6pm, beginning February 27.

No appointments are necessary to audition. Song or monologue not required.
