Newtown Borough's 2017 Parking Permits Go On Sale Thursday

Newtown Borough's 2017 parking permits are going on sale Thursday and they are first-come, first-served, so you might want to get on it ASAP.

The permit sale begins Thursday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m., according to the borough.

For a year-round permit, the cost is $200.

Anyone with a 2016 parking permit must return that tag before buying a 2017 permit.

You can get your parking permit at the Newtown Borough Police Department, 22 Liberty St., Newtown.
