Newtown Business Owner At White House Tuesday For Discussion With The President

NAC owner Jim Worthington is one of 40 small business owners nationwide invited to Tuesday's discussion with President Donald Trump.

NEWTOWN, PA — Newtown Athletic Club owner Jim Worthington is at the White House Tuesday for an American Small Business discussion, the club announced. The president is expected to be there, according to information from the club.

Worthington is one of 40 small business owners nationwide invited to the discussion, which begins at 3 p.m.

The group will be discussing small business issues and how they affect our economy and the country. Worthington and others will have an opportunity to ask questions of the president and representatives of the administration regarding small business issues, the announcement from the NAC said.

"It is a well know fact that small business makes up a majority of the national economy and this opportunity is a reflection of Jim's dedication to not only the NAC, but to the fitness industry as a whole," the club said in an announcement.
