Tickets Now On Sale For Newtown's Premiere Beer Festival

Proceeds from the late summer event will benefit Newtown Fire and Rescue.

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Tickets are now on sale for the 14th annual Newtown Beerfest to be held on Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Stocking Works in Newtown.

Billed as Newtown's premiere beer festival, the event will showcase the area’s top breweries, live bands, and a number of seltzers and wines.

Funds raised at the Newtown Beerfest will benefit Newtown Fire and Rescue and help in purchasing rescue equipment, safety equipment, as well as supplementing the purchase of new fire trucks.

First Tap tickets, which typically sell out quickly, are $80 and allow patrons early access (12:30 to 2 p.m.) to their favorite pours.

General admission tickets are $50 and allow patrons access starting at 2 p.m. Designated driver tickets are also available for $15 and include access for the duration of the event.

Tickets are now on sale at www.NewtownBeerfest.org.

Tickets will also go on sale locally on June 30 at the Clubhouse Bar and Grill, 501 South State Street (General, First Tap, and DD tickets available - cash only) and at Isaac Newton's Restaurant, 18 South State Street (general tickets available - cash and credit cards).

Tickets will also be available at the gate for an additional $10. Tickets and valid IDs are required for all attendees. All attendees also must be 21 or older.

Food will be sold at the Beerfest by local vendors including La Stalla, The Clubhouse, and The
Temperance House. No outside food or beverages will be allowed.

No children, no babies, no pets, no chairs, no firearms, and no outside food or beverages
are allowed. Taps are turned off at 5:15 p.m.
