Susan Piette, Esq., an attorney with Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, PC, recently spoke on Land Use Law at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Ms. Piette discussed "Ethics in Zoning and Land Use Law."
Ms. Piette has extensive experience in assisting individuals in Bucks and Montgomery County with their estate planning and long term care needs. She has particular expertise in assisting the elderly and their families. In addition to her estates practice, Ms. Piette has extensive expertise in municipal law, land use, zoning and real estate matters, and she utilizes her background in contracts, regulations, compliance, negotiations and committee and board interaction to assist her clients in analyzing and implementing their estate and long term care plans. Ms. Piette is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Mayflower Society and Daughters of the American Revolution. She received her undergraduate (B.S. Health Administration 1985) and law degrees (J.D. 1988) from the University of Illinois.
