Newtown Restaurant Week Kicks off Sunday
Restaurant Week is Sunday to Thursday. Participating restaurants will offer a two-course lunch for $10 or a three-course dinner for $20.

Newtown Borough eateries are gearing up for Restaurant Week, which will feature multi-course menus at a set price.
Restaurant Week will be held Sunday through Thursday. Participating restaurants will offer a two-course lunch for $10 or a three-course dinner for $20.
The participating restaurants are: The Brick Hotel, Florentino’s, The Black Horse Tavern, Mom Mom’s Gourmet Take n’ Bake, The Clubhouse Bar & Grill, Becky’s Newtown Deli and Café Con Leche. The Zebra Striped Whale and Berryssimo will also have Restaurant Week specials.

Diners are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the Penndel Food Pantry.
Event organizer Francisco Argueta said the Spring Restaurant Week went well, so the business group decided to try a Fall Restaurant Week. “We definitely like how it gets people into town, maybe a couple nights that week,” he said, adding the stores and businesses enjoyed the additional exposure.
