NEWTOWN, PA — The historic Newtown Theatre will screen “When Harry Met Sally” preceded by an hour of fun activities on Friday, Feb. 13. The event is part of the theatre’s monthly “Movies & More!” series.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. and in the hour leading up to the 8 p.m. movie guests will enjoy a flight of three New York City-themed cocktails, deli-style finger foods, a fake “O” contest (with a free shot to encourage participants), a “How well do you know each other?” panel, a “Best Pickup Line” wall and more.

Released in 1989 and starring Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan, “When Harry Met Sally” chronicles the on-again, off-again relationship between Harry and Sally as they evolve from acquaintances to friends over a decade, only for Harry to realize he is in love with her at the end of the film.
