Newtown's Antique And Classic Car Show Is Sunday

The annual car show on State Street in Newtown is this Sunday, July 15. The event is sponsored by the Newtown Business Association, and features classic and antique autos from 1900 to 1993.

This year's marque car is the Cadillac. Trophies and prizes will be awarded.

Attendees can expect to see more than 160 cars on display from across the region.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.

Pre-registration has closed. The cost to register a car the day of the show, if space is still available, is $25. Click here for details.

There will be a raffle for the public for three baskets donated by the Newtown Mercantile Group, which will contain prizes from local merchants, as well as a prize baskets from Action Karate Newtown and The Birches at Newtown.

Raffle slips will be available at the Newtown Mercantile Group table, near the Newtown Business Association table.
