Patient Suffering From Traumatic Injury Rescued In Upper Makefield
First responders from Upper Makefield assisted a medic crew in removing the patient from a challenging location.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A patient suffering from a traumatic injury was removed from a challenging location in Upper Makefield and transported to the hospital Thursday morning.
The Newtown Ambulance Squad's Upper Makefield medic unit was dispatched to the 900 block of River Road where they were assisted by the Upper Makefield Police Department and the Upper Makefield Fire Company in gaining access to the patient and removing them from a difficult location.
The emergency responders are pictured transporting the patient down the Delaware Canal Towpath and to an awaiting ambulance.
