Pennsylvania Man Killed In Las Vegas Mass Shooting

A Pennsylvania man is among the victims who were killed in a mass shooting Sunday in Las Vegas. Bill Wolfe, a wrestling coach from Shippensburg, was killed during the shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, police have confirmed. He is the first known victim of the attack from Pennsylvania.

Authorities say Stephen Paddock, 64, shot and killed at least 59 people and injured at least 500 when he opened fire on the crowd from a nearby room at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. The attack is the deadliest mass shooting in United States history.

Shippensburg Police announced Wolfe's death on Facebook, saying, "it is with the most of broken hearts, the families of Bill Wolfe Jr. and his wife Robyn share that Bill has been confirmed to be among the deceased as a result of the mass attack in Las Vegas. Please continue to hold our entire family as well as those affected across the nation in your unending prayers."

Wolfe and his wife, Robyn, were attending the Jason Aldean concert when shots rang out. During the chaos, Wolfe was separated from his wife. His family had been awaiting word on his condition, PennLive.com reported.

Robyn was uninjured in the attack, a GoFundMe page in support of the Wolfe family says. The fundraising campaign, which had a goal of $10,000, has raised $3,480 as of Tuesday morning.
