Police Looking To ID Suspect In Newtown Borough Restaurant Assault

NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Newtown Borough Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man involved in an assault incident.

On Sunday at approximately 3 p.m., an assault occurred inside a restaurant on South State Street.

The suspect, described as a 40ish-year-old white man with a bald head and tattoos on both right and left arms, was allegedly involved in the incident.

The investigation is ongoing, and police urge anyone with information about the identity of the man or the incident to come forward.
