NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Newtown Borough Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred in August at the Fine Wine and Spirits Store located at 212 South State Street.

Police are looking to identify the man seen in this surveillance picture who stole a bottle of alcohol from the store.
