New Police Officer Takes The Oath Of Office In Upper Makefield
Officer Eric Bauer is a Bucks County native and attended Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster Township.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — The Board of Supervisors at its November meeting welcomed the newest member to its police department.
Officer Eric Bauer was officially sworn in as a full-time officer by Magisterial District Justice Michael Petrucci in front of family, friends, and numerous members of the police department.
Officer Bauer is a Bucks County native and attended Archbishop Wood High School. He is a graduate of Ursinus College where he was a media and communications studies major and played lacrosse.

To pursue his goal of being a police officer, Officer Bauer attended the Temple University Police Academy where he received the physical fitness award and the top shot firearms award. Officer Bauer graduated from the academy in October and was subsequently hired by Upper Makefield.
Officer Bauer has started his field training program under the tutelage of Officer Carcaci.
