Power Back For Most Bucks County Residents After Storm

All but 600 in Bucks County have their power back following Wednesday's devastating storm.

Power has been restored for most Bucks County residents following Wednesday's storm, which left more than 73,000 in the dark. As of Saturday morning, just 600 outages remain in Bucks County.

The storm, the second nor'easter to pass through the area in less than a week, dropped as much as 16 inches of snow on some parts of Bucks County. (See snow totals here.)

Bucks County was hard hit by the mid-week storm. Out of 89,000 outages in the PECO coverage area, 73,000 of them were reported in Bucks County. At one point, more than 11,000 in Bristol Township and more than 8,400 in Lower Makefield were without power.

As of Saturday, few outages remain in the Levittown area, including Bristol Township, Falls and Middletown. In Northampton Township, 160 remain without power as of Saturday morning.

Most customers are estimated to have their power restored at some point Saturday, according to information from PECO. Click here to view the outage map for specific estimates.
