Prospective Superintendent Candidate to Tour Council Rock Tuesday
Dr. Robert Fraser, the assistant superintendent at West Chester Area School District, is a top candidate to replace Mark Klein.

A prospective candidate for Council Rock superintendent will visit the district’s schools this week to meet with parents and employees.
Dr. Robert Fraser, the assistant superintendent at West Chester Area School District, has been invited to tour the district Tuesday as part of the search process for the next superintendent.
Current Superintendent Mark Klein has announced his plans to retire at the end of the 2015 academic year. Klein has served as the district’s superintendent since 2004.

Dr. Fraser will be at a community forum next week, on March 24 at 7:30 p.m., at Council Rock High School South.
The district is seeking input from the community and questions can be submitted through a designated website by clicking here. Questions to be addressed at the forum can be submitted through the website until March 22 at 4 p.m.

Fraser has been the assistant superintendent at West Chester Area School District since August 2013. Before that, he was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at West Chester Area School District, which has 11, 600 students.
From July 2004 to December 2008, Fraser was a middle school principal at Fred S. Engle Middle School in the Avon Grove School District. He has also served as a classroom teacher in Frederick County Public Schools and Baltimore County Public Schools in Maryland.
