Red Tulip Gallery Opens on State Street

A grand opening celebration for Red Tulip Gallery will be held Saturday that will feature live demos and light refreshments from 12 to 3 p.m.

The Red Tulip Galley, an artists’ cooperative of the Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen, has opened on State Street. A grand opening celebration will be held on Saturday and will feature live demos and light refreshments from 12 to 3 p.m.

The Gallery represents 17 regional artists and fine craftsmen, all members of the Bucks County Guild. A variety of hand-crafted art forms are available, including jewelry, basketry, pottery, fiber arts, woodworking, paper arts, and stained glass. The artists include regionally and nationally known artists, including Connie Bracci-McIndoe, Joyce Inderbitzin, Monique Perry, Karen Wychock, and Mark Bair. All represented artists went through a rigorous jurying procedure to be accepted into the gallery, according to a press release from the gallery.

"The Gallery enriches State Street shopping by adding high quality, local, hand-crafted art to the already vibrant retail scene. Live demos by the artists, special events, trunk shows, and featured artists will highlight the coming months," the press release said.
