Redevelopment Proposed At Former Stockburger Garage On S. State
A developer is reportedly proposing some new residential units at the former Stockburger garage on S. State and Court streets.
NEWTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A developer is seeking to construct two twin homes on the site of the former Stockburger garage on South State and Court streets. As part of the project, two adjacent existing homes that are currently rentals will be renovated, BucksLocalNews.com reports.
Representatives of Rock Construction & Development presented a conceptual proposal at a Newtown Borough Council meeting earlier this month.
Formal plans have not yet been submitted.
