The school announced to parents via email the lockdown ended at approximately 12:20 p.m.

Richboro Middle School was on lockdown for more than an hour Monday due to a threat that was communicated over social media, school officials and the police confirmed. As a precaution, Richboro Elementary School, located across the street, also went into lockdown.
The lockdown began around 11 a.m. and ended at both schools at approximately 12:20 p.m.
Northampton Township Police Chief told Patch the Snapchat threat came from outside of the school to a student. The student alerted the principal about the threat.
