"We always bring new, exciting dishes to the menu every season, but this winter we've really gone outside the box and brought a number of eclectic dishes to the menu, featuring foods from several different cuisines," said Executive Chef Josh Short.
Other features include apple butter made with locally-grown fruit, locally-grown pickled vegetables, and locally-made seasonal and organic hummus and more.
"We've really upped our game for the winter menu," said Magrogan.
Restaurant representatives say the menu changes seasonally to utilize the freshest foods available, and a majority of menu items contain less than 500 calories. Harvest also offers more than 50 wines by-the-glass, seasonally-inspired hand-crafted cocktails and more than a dozen locally-produced craft beers.
