Service To Remember Bucks Officers Who Died In The Line Of Duty

Police Memorial Service to be held at Saint Andrews Catholic Church in Newtown.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —The public is invited to attend a Police Memorial Service to be held Monday evening, May 22 beginning at 7 p.m. at Saint Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown 18940.

Law enforcement officers from throughout the county will gather at the church to honor and never forget the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting the communities they were serving in Bucks County.

Among them are Newtown Borough Police Officer Brian Gregg who was shot and killed in 2005 and Middletown Township Police Officer Chris Jones who was struck and killed by a car on Route 1 in 2009 while he was conducting a traffic stop.
