Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued Across Eastern PA
A severe thunderstorm watch is in place through 10 p.m. Wednesday. Here's what to expect:
EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — A severe thunderstorm watch is in place across Eastern Pennsylvania. The watch, announced by the National Weather Service at 3:30 p.m., is in place in 16 Eastern Pennsylvania counties, including all in the Philadelphia region.
The following counties are under the watch: Adams; Berks; Bucks; Carbon; Chester; Dauphin; Delaware; Lancaster; Lebanon; Lehigh; Monroe; Montgomery; Northampton; Philadelphia; Schuykill; and York.
The storms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts and hail, the National Weather Service said. "Storms may also generate torrential downpours, leading to localized flooding."

According to the Weather Channel, the time with the highest likelihood of storms in the Philadelphia region is between 4 and 6 p.m.
